Our property management division specializes in the servicing and support of multi-unit high rise residential apartment buildings primary for property management companies. We also have extensive experience in the refurbishment of mechanical rooms for high rise apartment buildings.
In times of escalating energy costs, the use of more energy efficient boilers and related equipment can really drive down these costs and improve the overall profitability of the rental property. Given the capital cost of new equipment, its proper installation is critical.
Poorly installed equipment is a common cause of the energy savings not living up to expectations.
We work closely with the OEM and often engineering services to ensure our installations drive the designed savings from the installed equipment. We have OEM factory trained technicians with the appropriate gas fitters licensing, a mobile fleet for emergency services and extensive experience on these areas. In addition, we have an office infrastructure, insurance and all appropriate business licenses.
We are factory trained and authorized installers of the following OEM products: Viessmann, Camus, RBI, Baxi, REHAU & American Standard.
